The standard double room had a kettle and tea, the location was stunning and close to the old town, just minutes from Flavoro for lunch.

the bathroom has a very big shower, efficient, pleasant: the breakfastroom\bar is interesting, the continental breaksfast simple but enoughlocation good, close to the center
although I had a reservation pre paid i had to pay before getting the rooms: if u have my credit card checked, why asking me the money?no air conditioning, it was a bit hot

Employees of a hotel should be able to speak also at least one foreign language.

We loved the unique film theme throughout the hotel, with portraits of famous stars and movie-related decor. The rooms were spacious, comfortable, and clean. The location was excellent, with the train and bus stations just a short walk away. Despite some minor inconveniences, like the lack of an elevator and occasional WiFi issues, we found the hotel to be a great value for the price. we would recommend it to others.

The location was very good. It was quiet and there was an excellent restaurant next door. I had a really spacious room with a very comfortable bed. I would stay there again but being a sole traveller the cost of the room was slightly expensive for me - would have been fine if sharing.
Just had a problem with the language. Staff di not speak or understand englisg very well. But then I don't speak Slovakian and certain;y don't understand it!

The room was huge - more like a suite, so loads of space to spread out.
Breakfast - no choice and very limited.

Great value for money with a stylish and spacious room including a huge balcony. The location was perfect, just a few minutes' walk to the old town center. The staff were friendly and accommodating, fulfilling my request for a parking spot right in front of the hotel entrance.
The breakfast menu could have been improved by adding more variety.

Nice bar, quite big rooms with big clean bath, localization in the city center.
Rooms a little bit chily. Noisy Scandic visitors are moving from down drink bar to rooms upstairs during all night:-(
